Action karate, has tough my son a lot. He was was very nervous at first and didn't want to do it. After about 4 classes he was all in and wanted continue. He started to gain confidence in himself.

There is more to Martial Arts than learning to defend yourself. Action Karate teaches a lot that can be instilled in ones life. For instance, Self- Discipline, Teamwork, Focus, Confidence and Self-esteem, and the importance having Respect for others. The school is awesome, and my Grandson really love going to class.

Let me tell you how EXCELLENT this place is!!! Both my children started around September of this year and they absolutely LOVE it! Everyone here is so welcoming and very great and patient with these kids. Not only do they teach them self defense, they're teaching these children about self discipline that they'll carry through out life as well. When they first started they asked us what our child's goal was through out this training, and self confidence was one of the options. I promise you, I seen my kids go from being shy to now being so vibrant and willing to participate in everything that I'm even shocked myself!
