If your running late and trying to call to let them know your running late you won't get a live person just an answering machine...So if your late more then 10 minutes they will not take you but when there systems changed and they needed updated bank info they call right away with a smile. Bad business life happens and people run late sometimes and the bad part is when you try to reach out to let them know no one answers the phone!
I been going to this Dentist about 2 years the staff treated me with good care Dr. Silverman did wonders with Mt dental work. I just had oral surgery . Dr.Mermer and staff was excellent. Thank you so much oh I can't forget Mr. Mitch.
Hada really bad splintered tooth cap that had splintered into my jaw. These guys and gals did great woth such a tough procedure. I have a really small mouth and these guys were the only ones willing to do this operation on my tooth and jaw. So big shout out to these guys. Very professional, funny and definitely was my favorite experience getting dental work done in 28 years of life.
