This place is so awesome !!! They saved my chiweenie ( via surgery) from a torturuous condition. Everyone is so kind and professional. Thankyou Dr Hurcombe! They absolutely get five stars.
Dr. Meade, Addi and Shyheem were all incredible with my rabbits. I have just moved states and was very nervous to try a new exotics vet, but I seem to have found a winner on the first try!
Dr. Meade took care to make each of my rabbits feel comfortable and safe. She took the time to explain what she was doing, things to look for and be aware of for the future. I learned a lot and feel relief finding a new vet I can trust. She was patient answering questions and Addi even sent a follow up email on a tool I was recommended to buy.

I brought my rat Spider here because I was concerned he had cancer. The technicians and front desk staff were all lovely and super friendly.
One thing I really like is that they let me come back with him as the previous two vets I have been to either didn't allow this or charged extra for you to accompany :/
Spider's doctor was great. She explained everything to me and why she had the conclusions she did which I appreciated a lot. Luckily, Spider doesn't have cancer! We kept options open for his future treatment and I didn't feel pressured at all.
Very pleased with my visit, thanks!
