This place is always empty so I tested it out and now I know why. They are very nice people but need help on the talent side of things. Diane is AMAZING at pedicure, the best I've ever seen. But any manicure at this location will be a fail. It's not bad if you like mediocre but even just shaping my nails was bad, super uneven and lopsided. That's the basics and you messed that up? How?! My nails looked worst leaving than when I walked in. There's so many nails salons on this street, definitely go to another one!
