Cleartech provided a timely and reasonable quote and then stuck to the quote to the penny. The removal of old windows/door and the installation of the new windows went smoothly and quickly. No issues! Cannot recommend Cleartech enough.“

“We had a great experience with Ann Marie in designing a new kitchen for our home. She started by asking how we use the kitchen, and designed alongside us keeping what we told her in mind. She came up with two design options, and while we made some smaller adjustments to one, we really liked her ideas. My contractor has used her before and they worked really well together.Our only hiccup was sometimes a delayed response. However, we started our project in the fall of 2020 (Covid year), and they were slammed with projects.Including a couple of photos of the finished product! I would work with Ann Marie again.“

“Alderfer Glass has supplied and installed both of the storm doors in our house, the front door about 3 years ago and the back door about 15 years ago. Recently the interior handle/latch mechanism on the back door broke and, because of the age of the door, a replacement part apparently was not available. So over the course of a few months Alderfer both quoted us for a new door, but also worked with me and tried to locate and fit a replacement handle for the current door. Eventually Eric found a handle on Amazon that he thought might work, and I ordered and installed it, and it does fit!.

The point is, we saved having to replace a perfectly good door (except for the broken handle) and spent under $35. Alderfer gave up a current sale, but retained a customer for the future, because their customer service and installers continue to be unfailingly helpful, courteous, and professional.“

“Mark Fisher Roofing did an unusual and difficult roof modification, which at least ten other contractors could not offer. After four months, without any sign of a roof leak, we can declare their work a total success.
The problem was with the transition from a steep to shallow slope roof. The wind would blow the rain up under the shingles.“
