    Superior Plus Propane was a huge help to me. This is my first time with propane heat. I didn't check the tanks and ran out of gas. As a new customer, I also needed to have a leak test. I called at 1 PM. The propane was delivered at 3 PM. The leak test was completed by 4 PM and the tech helped me turn everything back on. I've set up auto pay and have a meter that communicates to the office when I need a refill. But I am oh so glad with the prompt and courteous service from the whole team. Thank You. Great Company, highly recommend.

    Well I’m actually surprised My review went from a a one star to a a 5 star. My review was completely wiped out from the saying how I felt in March in the middle of the pandemic they decided to fill my pool propane in March when the usual month is is in may!I felt they totally took advantage of me since who the heck opens their pool in March. I canceled their services because they they don’t care about their customers. They only care about the money. Don’t deal with this company! They change their reviews to make them look good!

    I contacted Blue flame to have my tank refill. they said it would be a couple days, A couple I was talking to the girl and it was the beginning of the weekend I said it was down to 25% she said she tried to have them come out sooner if they can if they’re in area. They were out the next day like she said she would try to, Blue flame always tries to help and are courteous to their customers I haven’t had a problem since I’ve been buying propane from them. Thank you for your service hope all your employees are safe
