Should have read the reviews before dropping my clothes off here. Got 5 items dry cleaned, paid $93 for all. Went to pick up and my lululemon jacket had a white stain that was almost like a small bleach spot. Woman said it was there prior- it certainly was not. The woman and I used stickers to mark the stains when I dropped it off originally. We would have seen it right on the front. Left it for them to try to get the stain out. Went back- said it doesn’t come out and was adamant it was an old stain. In an attempt to get it out, they even ruined the material. She threw her hands up and said nothing she can do. Absolutely terrible place!!! They destroyed my wedding dress. Took them two weeks to dry “clean” to give it to me with black marks and popped my top seam! She was demanding 200!!! For what? To dirty my dress and ruin the tailoring I just got done on it. So unbelievably upset. She didn’t apologize.

I would not even give this place one star. Avoid at all cost. They ruined a dress shirt on me and would not take responsibility for it. Stated it was them. The entire collar was scorched and stained. Stated I would take my business elsewhere and she did not care. Again avoid this place at all cost if you like your cloths.
