I called Able Brothers in a time of emergency and they made what could have been a terrible day a pleasant one. I called them early in the day to explain that I had located my cat in distress....over 80 ft high at the top of a tree. Wayne confirmed he would be able to get out within the hour. He gave clear expectations both on the initial call (while patiently waiting out my sobs) as well as once he and his brother came out to survey the situation. I was somewhat expecting them to say they couldn’t attempt the rescue due to the very tall, dead tree, but they explained they could still make the attempt, and what’s more—-they skillfully and efficiently made the climb, making sure to take extra caution due to the increased danger of the dead limbs. At the very top, Wayne continued to use a kind and coaxing tone with my dumb cat who was too afraid to come 1 foot closer to the nice man who climbed so many more feet up. 😂 Even after bringing Gambit down to safety, they were giving me advice on how to return the cat to a secure room inside where he would be able to settle after his ordeal. Again, I cannot begin to express my gratitude in having them come to my aide when I felt like I had very little options. Thank you SOO much to Able Brothers. Your actions show the honestly, kindness, and professionalism that I would laud in any business. You are 1 of a kind.

We have used these guys 3 times over the last 6 years. They have been great each time! They took the time to talk about the health of the trees and what to expect going forward. Once we said we wanted the work done they were able to get us on the schedule very timely!! Thanks for the great work.
