While they did eventually complete taxes it was an awful fight to get so done and getting explanations was even worse. They pushed extremely hard for something we did not want done and when they finally decided they weren't making progress with that they held our taxes months longer. Extensions were not filed, call backs sometimes took days and they were always incredibly irritated and noticeably so when i would call with even the simplest of questions. Instead of making it known you're annoyed, a simple answer or explanation would have sufficed instead of a run around. We are most definitely taking our business elsewhere. *this was for business/estate/trust taxes. Im...read full review
