Tim is very knowledgeable on the materials he and his crew use. The crew were great to work with, always willing to answer any questions I had. Very professional team. Ours was not a simple job. We knew we had wood rot from leaking windows but Unity had no problem tackling that. Their new built walls were insulated, drywalled, plastered and painted to perfection. You would never know they had been replaced. We also had them add a new window to a wall that never had a window. I could go on and on about how pleased we were with the job Unity did. “East Coast Roofing Systems replaced our 90+ year old soft-slate roof with Owens Corning architectural shingles, replacing roof sheathing as necessary; included was fascia capping, installation of 2 manually-opened skylights, and complete gutter/downspout replacement. We were simply delighted with the entire process: from estimating, thru removal of old roofing and skylights, then the installation of all new materials, and finally the cleanup. The crew completed the work in less time than estimated, a wonder to see; they protected plants and property. And the onsite manager (Mike) confirmed job scope with us at the start, answered all our questions during the demolition and installation, stayed on site essentially throughout, and assisted in the final cleanup.
