Top Notch experience . It was truly a delight. Donna made it so simple for my 88 year old mom. Very patient and deliberate with even the smallest detail. Kept us well informed at all times too.
I love Donna and Jake! They are amazing to work with. She did not hesitate to reply to my message even though we don't have an agent. When we talked on the first day, I got an appointment to show or view the house we were interested in. If I can work with her in the future, I would like to work with her and Jake. When she congratulated us on our second home and said our goodbyes, she hugged me, and I felt her sincerity and warmth. I highly recommend her because of her character, dedication, knowledge, love for her children, and professionalism. I love her smiles, too. :)
Everything You Want in a Realtor.This was our second time working with Donna and both times were an absolute treat. She's very knowledgeable and understanding, worked around our schedules well, explained everything as we went, and was always helpful with questions and concerns. It was a very streamlined and simplified process both times and we always felt taken care of and more than just another number in the books. Highly recommend her, especially for people newer to the real estate world who feel like they're in over their heads a little bit!
