Broke down on side of PKWY, got a tow to here. Both the tech who worked only car and Joe at the front desk were knowledgeable and very efficient. If not for parts being delivered late in the day, I have no doubt they would have had me back on the road yesterday. As it was, they had me back on the road early this morning. I was in a bind when the first place I went to tried overcharging me. These guys were great and had me back on the road for a fraction of the first guys price. They have got themselves a new customer in me and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't recall the name of the guy, I believe it was Joe. I called in early Thursday morning for a wheel alignment. I tried to get into the location in Kennywood Blvd and was unsuccessful. (Joe)answered the phone while I was so upset. I told him I can be there within a 20 min time frame. When I arrived, my vehicle was taken right in and serviced. He also, helped me out with a few quotes on the other work I needed. He also pointed out to me that the guys at the used tire place I went to, gave me different size tires. Thank you for pointing that out for because I would have never known. Thank you for being very prompt and nice.
