Vip Nail Salon is a nice salon with great music and a relaxing atmosphere. I usually for the past 2 years had a great experience getting my eyebrows done there, but this time the employee didn't sanitize my brows first, didn't go in to trim, I mean it was a 4 minute brow job. Left with uneven brows looking like they need done again. Super disappointed.
I don't usually write reviews however I felt that I should. I went at 10am to August 8th to get a mani & pedi with gel polish. The nail tech did have a mask on when she did my feet, and she had a cough and sniffles that persisted and made me uncomfortable, but I kept quiet. When she started to do my nails she removed her mask, however she still had to cough, I turned and kept my head to the side, asked her if she was ok, she nodded. I mentioned to the owner that the nail tech needs to keep her mask on and that's bad customer service. Look just be mindful when you get your nails done and the tech is coughing, sniffling and blowing her nose, nasty bugs and things are still going around.
I went there today after not having a mani-pedi in over a year and a nice lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. I have my own nail polish and she did a beautiful job. I would definitely come here again. Thank you!
