After a ton of frustration from another company that starts with Atlantic and ends with “Problems” that was maintaining my BAT septic system with their inability to set up maintenance appointments instead of surprise visits, I finally made the switch to Tri-County. When I called Tri-County the gentleman assured me an appointment and time frame is no problem and that was the way they operate. He sent over a quote within about 10 minutes of getting off the phone. He then called the same day to set up an appointment and let me know the time frame and who would be showing up, they showed up on time the very next day. James was highly professional and went above and beyond on cleaning my system. He did things I never saw the other company do. He took his time and did the job correct and thorough. Although Tri-county was more expensive than the old company they give you value for your dollar. Thank you for being so professional! Thank you James

My Girlfriend & I had to reach out for a plumbing block in the basement drainage of her new house (1 month). Natalie in the office was amazing for dispatch and explaining how the company operates easing our mind. We tried everything in terms of snaking it ourselves the night before. Joe, the Technician, came out to clean out the pipes and explained we had a problem “belly area” in the old piping system. After he cleared out decades worth of grease, from the previous owner, he recommended we bypass the underground pipe and cut a new hole into the outside piping system. We thought we could hold off on that for 6 months but that was not the case. However Joe detailed the notes, so when I had to call Natalie back she had the estimate made within hours for the insurance company and schedule an appointment for the large job. Joe & James came back out and did the bypass as recommended. They cut into the cement basement and rerouted all the pipe nicely along the basement wall. They covered up the old drain plug as well. Also they cleaned up everything spic and span. I learnt a-lot more than needed from this situation, thanks to Joe, explaining step by step what he saw with the camera system. I know I won’t need to call them out for quite a while BUT I would in a heartbeat. My friend recommended this company to me and I will do the same for others!
