I recently had some storm damage to my roof. Diversified had replaced my roof around 30 years ago and since they had done a great job there was no question in my mind as to who to call. Tammy answered my call and although it was long ago, seemed to have my info at her fingertips. She set up an appointment time and told me Anthony would be coming out to inspect the damage. Next, Anthony called to confirm the time and date of the inspection and then called again on the day of the inspection to let me know he was on the way. This was our second time using Diversified Roofing. We had a leak during heavy rains. Anthony came out the same week and diagnosed the problem. He was honest about the fix along with a few other things he noticed during the inspection that he suggested. He gave us several options to help ensure we wouldn't have leaking issues. We were able to schedule all work for the following week. When Anthony & Reuben came out to complete the work they were able to compete the work quicker than anticipated. They were both very knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Everyone I've spoken to at Diversified has been professional and cordial, and the technician who came out to do the inspection and work, Anthony Traini, is amazing. Our home owner's insurance had requested some roof repair and he did great work replacing some slate tiles, and provided plenty of documentation to show the work done to the insurance. After finishing this, he asked if there was anything else that I needed. I showed him a piece of siding that had fallen off at the eaves, he made some calls to get me a good price, and had the work done that same afternoon.
