I've been a client at this salon for at least 10 years. Brandon always does a fantastic job! I've never left disappointed. Communication from staff about appointment reminders, pricing etc is good. The salon is always clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend.
Bird's nest salon is hands down the best place I have ever gotten a hair cut and Brandon specifically has given me amazing hair cuts every single time. I am very conscious about my hair and thus very sensitive to a bad cut, but I always walk out of this salon feeling taken care of and more confident. There are times I walk in and tell Brandon exactly what I want and they nail it. There are other times I'm feeling more creative and Brandon provides me with excellent input and we come up with something new together. I have gotten a range of short and medium cuts and Brandon has displayed a really deep understanding of curly/wavy hair. It also doesn't hurt that the price has stayed very affordable given the quality of services. I now live in new york city and find ways to travel back to Chicago to see Brandon, it really is that good!
I just moved to Atglen and am so pleased to have found Birds Nest Salon. I can walk there and I got a beautiful cut and highlights from Erin. Plus it was fun. Super ladies and I look forward to my next visit.
