The best dentist office I have ever been to! Staff is extremely nice and caring. I have anxiety about the dentist and they made me feel comfortable and that they actually cared about me as a patient. Explained every detail of my dental care and made sure I understood everything. Also making sure every aspect of my care was the best for me and my wallet. I will be switching my whole family over to this office! If I could give a 100 star rating I would!
Anthony was out for our annual inspection. He was super friendly and very thorough with going over what he found. Not pushy with any repairs.

I did not know what to expect at this facility, and upon arrival, I had a good feeling. The level of professionalism by the staff was appreciated in contrast to the "norm" (verging on rude and disconnected). Mary and Dallas are very good at what they do. Yes, of course, they are trained practitioners, but the most important aspect of the experience is engagement. They create a culture that is felt among the team and especially the patients. Everyone talks with each other and it feels like you have been coming here forever. I know this may sound a little corny, but it's like walking into Cheers, everybody knows your name. Mary sets the tone with her naturally high EQ. She is an excellent example of the saying; People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.

Haven't been in a few years (need to make an appointment asap!) but Dr. Gorgo helped me tremendously when I had back and neck pain along with broken ribs due to a car accident. I had never felt as good as when I was seeing him regularly. Would highly recommend.
I don't know if I didn't word things properly or dress appropriately but when I sat down for the hair wash I was told If things don't work out you could try great clips. My daughter looked amazing so I trusted someone with my hair again and to be treated like it wasn't a privilege and have most of my make up sprayed off by the shampooer was embarrassing. Thankfully the lady that cut my hair kinda pampered me.

What an amazing experience I had today! Shari is TOP NOTCH! I was her marathon client today as she did a dry haircut (at my request), completed a special treatment to get rid of all the minerals in my hair from our well water, did some foils, glazed my hair and also blew it out. She is extremely knowledgeable and took her time to ensure I was happy with everything she did. Marie was very welcoming and sweet. Kim is great! There has been quite a bit of turnover at this office since it opened about 10 years ago. Many good doctors have come and gone, but Kim has been here for several years. I prefer her over some of the other doctors because of her bedside manner and her pragmatic nature. She's firm without being condescending when I need to change things in my diet/health/etc, and she always has time for my questions. When she makes recommendations she always takes my views into account. I wish they were ALL like her!

I’m shocked at the negative reviews for Richard’s. I’ve been a customer for the last twenty years. From weekly dry cleaning, to periodic alternations, Richard’s has always professionally and courteously served my needs.
They did amazing job restoring my forty year old leather bomber jacket I purchased at the leather store at the Downingtown Farmers Market (If you know it, you know you’re old) replacing the frayed collar, zipper and pockets.
Bottom line… Richard’s does fine work at a reasonable price.
I've been a client at this salon for at least 10 years. Brandon always does a fantastic job! I've never left disappointed. Communication from staff about appointment reminders, pricing etc is good. The salon is always clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend.
I absolutely love going here. They ALL take care of any issues you have and they’re very welcoming. It’s nice for moms who may have to bring their kids, they have toys to keep the kiddos occupied while waiting. Very clean office and the ladies who book your appointment are very sweet too. I look forward to my next cleaning. The 1 star reviews are disappointing to see as anyone I know that goes here, has never had any bad experiences. 10/10 would recommend coming here!
