KSW took our ideas and created a design that enhanced what we wanted and needed in our house so we can age in place. We now have two safe and very useable bathrooms with handicapped accessible showers, a laundry on the main floor of our house and a powder room, and two walk in closets. We highly recommend KSW. We originally had a roof leak. They were one of four companies that gave us a quote. When Shane came out to get information on our needs, he went on the roof to identify the root cause of the issue and put up a small tarp to ensure we didn’t get any more water in. This was before they even had our business.

He helped me out when I was locked out of my home and waiting in the cold for 2 hours when he came by and I asked him if he could help me out, he did not hesitate to get his ladder and help me get into my home!! My dog and I thank you very very much!! Great guy, great company! Need a roof call them up!!!
