⭐️ UPDATE TO MY REVIEW ⭐️After reading my review the owner personally called me to address my concerns and was very concerned. His demeanor matched this of the technicians and scheduler. I updated my review accordingly and truly believe this company cares about their customers and the quality of their services. We had no hot water and they were quick to schedule a crew to come out and fix the problem. Melodie's response time was fast. The crew was polite and easy to work with. They quickly diagnosed that the heating element was broken and a few hours later we had hot water again. Thanks for great service.Service: Water heater repair
