Fixed my underground water leak. Came out the same day on a Friday. The Techs worked until 7:00 pm so we could have water for the house over the weekend. They came back the following Monday to backfill everything again. I had called another company but they wouldn’t do the digging part. As an owner of a service company myself I was very impressed with the service and knowledgeable techs. Would definitely hire this company again. Thank you!!
As a single woman who owns her own home, it’s important to me to not be taken advantage of by companies because they see me as vulnerable. Let’s face it, they don’t often gouge men and of course I’m an easy target as a woman. I have used Graybill because I feel like they won’t do this to me. They are always really easy to deal with and have helped me out with after hour issues a few times. Their technicians are always really nice, helpful, and professional. When you find someone you trust and like, you stick with them. Thanks Graybill!
Chris K from Graybill came to our house to look at low water pressure in the master bathroom. He diagnosed the problem as being with our 20 year old water softener and acid neutralizer system in the basement. He was very knowledgable and helpful and we will definitely use Graybill again. Trent from Graybill then came out and tested our water for us, finding a different result than a local water treatment company had found. A third service provider agreed with Trent! I have worked with Trent before to run an underground water line from my house to an outbuilding in my backyard, and he is very knowledgable, helpful, and always responds promptly.
