“I called Temp Check because our a/c unit was not working.Temp Check had installed our unit approximately 7 years ago.
Derrick came out to service it & found the issue in a short amount of time. He also prepped the unit for summer. Cleaned the condenser and checked all the electrical connections. I can’t say enough about the service & efficiency of the call. Derrick deserves high praise for explaining everything and his professionalism. Temp Check should be proud to have him as an employee.“

He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to answer my questions about our heat pump and humidifier care in lay terms. I could see that he cared about his work and wanted to do it the right way. He also took time to put booties on to keep the floors clean and made sure there was no mess when he left.Update: Just to inform everyone that Triangle has discontinued residential service. They sold that part of the business to another company.“

“On Friday July 5th, we had a new HVAC system installed. It wasn't working properly over the weekend, so we had to put in a service call.
The service tech, Mel Perez, told us that he was booked full, but would try and squeeze us in. Mel arrived around 5 PM and quickly figured out what the issue was. Mel replaced and reprogrammed our thermostat, added a little more refrigerant, and we were up and running again.
We really appreciate the quick and courteous service. Mel was very professional and knowledgeable about th unit. He really went out of his way to make things right. I hope his supervisors see this review and appreciate his hard work and dedication.
