“UPDATE: This is the second time we have used Katy to help us plan and execute a major renovation, and we are thrilled with the results! Katy's expertise and support throughout this process was invaluable. The first review I wrote (see below) was after we did the first phase of our downstairs renovation (taking down walls and opening up our living room and family room), and we recently completed the second phase, which involved a complete remodel of our kitchen, dining room, and mudroom.Katy helped with all aspects of the project and served as a liaison between us and the contractor. She offered suggestions based on her experience and helped us with design decision-making, which I find to be very overwhelming. I cannot recommend her enough!2020: Katy was wonderful to work with! “I called My Custom Closet and left a message about having an old custom closet repaired after calling a national custom closet design chain and being transferred 3 times. Jill got back to me immediately and I met with Bryan. Bryan was organized, took measurements, explained and provided options and walked me through updating the existing space. Bryan explained how to organize and maximize the space, designed the closet and showed how the space would be organized. Bryan had a quote back to us within a day and I hired them. The work was done very quickly, neatly and the new space is just fantastic. I am going to have Bryan do 2 more closets. Great people, great family owned business and just a pleasure to work with Bryan and Jill.“

“I had a wonderful experience with Closets by Design. Everyone was so professional. From the office to the designer to the installer, everyone was at their "A" game. My designer was Stefanie. Our initial meeting was basically her learning what I wanted done with the space, and how I was looking to use the space. Because I was turning a bedroom into a dressing/closet room, she measured everything from my clothes, shoes, boot heights, and everything in between. She was very precise in her drawings and measurements. We met several times to make sure the design was as perfect as possible...and then off it went to production... and then comes the installer, Ty... he was very professional, kind, and respectful in my home. He removed his shoes as soon as he walked in the door, without me asking. I have a no shoes house.His craftsmanship and attention to detail was impeccable. I am so happy with my new space.
