Developed a leaking, cracked toilet tank over the weekend. Called Roto-Rooter, and Daniel, the Service Plumber, responded back shortly and scheduled the visit to assess the situation. Within minutes of his visit, he was already out, picking up the new toilet and installation parts. Before I noticed, the job was done and perfect to my satisfaction. Great job, Daniel !!! Will consider Roto-Rooter again for my plumbing needs.
Service tech Andrew showed up within an hour and 30 minutes after we called was very courteous knowledgeable and was able to provide the services we needed in a timely efficient manner…. Would recommend him and This business to anyone in need of immediate drain cleaning…. Mike from Roto Rooters was great all around. Very sociable,gave great information and above all did great work. Was previously told my problem would be thousands of dollars. Wanted to get a 2nd opinion so we called Roto Rooters. Mike came out and fixed our problem in 2 hrs. Very thankful
