Elizabeth takes the time to understand what is causing your pain and develops a treatment which addresses it. After one visit, I noticed tremendous improvement. Overall a tremendous value. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth takes excellent care of her customers and truly has a passion for massage therapy. She allows ample time between appointments, so you receive a full 60 or 90 minute massage. She is knowledgeable about various massage techniques, essential oils, etc., and her prices are reasonable and competitive too. A true Central PA gem!
