Brandon and the Express team are some of the best contractors in the industry. We recently worked with them to install a new furnace and A/C and I could not have had a better experience. Very responsive, professional, and honest. They will work with you to ensure that you receive exactly the equipment you need and will not push for unnecessary upgrades.
My mom and I have used Express for a new central air unit, furnace and hot water heater. Just this past week they played dog rescue too. My mom's dog had fallen in an open heat vent and got stuck in the ductwork. I took my chances and called Brandon and he sent Jack out right away. He managed to get her out. Jack, you were our hero that day! You guys are the epitome of how a business should be. We never feel like we are overpaying and you are so easy to talk to. Hands down the absolute best! We feel blessed to have you as our heating, cooling, plumbing and "dog rescue"service!
Brandon and the boys couldn’t have done a better job with what they had to deal with. My house is from 1900 and had no air conditioning and more importantly no vents. Brandon showed up and assessed the situation, came up with a suitable plan we were both happy about and was back within two weeks to get started. It was hardly an easy task to not have tons of vents boxed out with drywall/losing square footage due to the age of the home… BUT they did it.
