American Legion Post 831 - Robert L. Eckert, Campbelltown

My husband and I were there for a celebration of life service and everyone was wonderful! Lots of space, multiple rooms to spread out in and a surprisingly large bar area. The place had a really good vibe as well.

Post 831 American Legion turned our day on Christmas into a great day from a very long frustrating delayed day visiting my mother. The people and staff were wonderful, as was a free ham dinner to alleviate our hunger. E everything was closed BUT the Legion. If only you knew who all you took care of...Family veteran present was a USAF veteran during Vietnam, a son of a Lt Col in Baghdad Green Beret, a brother of a Marine, son of a USAF Flight surgeon, and nephew of an Army Ww2 surgeon that cared for Normandy soldiers on the English channel.
