James went well beyond to make us happy. A refrigerator that we had ordered from Lowe’s showed up with a small ding in the door. While we were thinking we may be able to negotiate with Lowe’s to make a price adjustment, James was having no part of it. On his own, he loaded up the damaged refrigerator, returned it to Lowe’s, then drove to Home Depot (a distance away) and bought one that didn’t have a scratch on it. “Lehigh Gap did a great job on our roof replacement in early December 2023 due to insurance wanting to cancel our coverage due to "poor" condition. They moved quickly for us and found a warm enough day to do the job!<br><br>A few months later we noticed a piece of flashing was missing on the roof. Cory Smith from Lehigh Gap stepped up and helped put up a new piece of flashing for us at no charge.<br><br>LG also replaced our shed roof earlier in 2023 ...
