Just finished my free first week and I can definitely say that this place is amazing. I have next to now knowledge on martial arts so it was very nice to see that everybody here is very welcoming and is open to show me how to do certain techniques even if I keep screwing them up. They also have different packs you can buy which makes this place a lot cheaper than some of the other places I was looking at that forced you to pay a minimum of $100 a month for all of their classes. Overall very nice place and a good price.

This place made me who I am today. Without this place I would be nothing. I learned everything about myself training here. Great hard working talent. Some of the toughest people you will ever meet. Love everything here.

Went to my first class Friday and absolutely loved it! I haven’t worked out in over 5 years and felt completely comfortable with this group. I was a sweaty mess and had such a great time. Great mix of men and women and all fitness levels. Highly recommend!
