James came out on a Sunday walked my roof, discussed what he saw with me and what he thought. Proposal was provided (1 of 3) I felt the price was fair including new spouting my choice to do. Then came the part where he went above and beyond. I had decided I wanted the higher level IKO shingles. Dynasty vs Cambridge that were quoted. Once quoted pricing it was still in line but the bad news about 8 weeks for his supplier to get them. I had a leak that was causing internal damage and needed this sooner then later. James knew that and drove 2+ hours to talk to another distributor that was able to get him the shingles we chose in less then a week. One week later they were here installing. When they tore off the old the underpayment wood was worse then expected. Shout out to Country Junction for delivering 40 sheets of plywood on the spot. Couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and effort that was put into our needs. Thank you James and crew.
