We were searching for a contractor for a home builder when their name came up. We found out friends of ours used them for their home build and it was a disaster. There was trouble with their roof (big trouble) that these people blamed on the manufacturer of the wood products. That manufacturer sent out a 3rd party inspector and send data to an impartial lab and proved it was an installation problem, not a materials issue. These people now lawyered up and are trying to claim they don't need to fix their terrible craftsmanship.
