Very honorable and professional. Highly recommend! Original quoting was for stucco repair but when they went to repair the chimney they felt the brick needed to be replaced instead of just stucco. They did the appropriate repairs with brick and stuck to the original quote without any additional charges. Wonderful people!!!
Tim Bennis who came out to inspect the fireplace was extremely diligent during his inspection and was very clear when he provided the summary of findings. His clear recommendation and advice provided following the inspection made it very useful to develop our position as potential buyers of the property. Tim looked at our fireplace and how our smoke chamber and chimney were constructed and gave us some bad news. (Basically: dont use it asis). He guided us against doing the work we anticipated doing and gave some alternate options. Not at all salesy. Just informative and cautious... I also had a good experience talking to Joanne on the phone and was able to ask her preliminary questions and get some info from her.This was all after a poor experience with another company, so I had something to compare to.Very happy with all interactions I had with Bennis.
