“We bought a house about a year ago, and started having issues with our hydronic heating system almost immediately. After months of having different plumbers come out, I was finally pointed in the direction of Keating Brothers. They came to my home, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. They got us through until spring with our existing system, and at that point, we decided to take their advice and replace it with an on-demand Rinnai unit. Now that we are experiencing cooler weather again, I must say that investing in this unit is one of the best purchases ive made in my life so far. We now keep our thermostats at 66°, and it feels warmer than last season when we had the house set to 68. Also, these guys 100% stand behind their work. They’ve been back twice so far to make adjustments now that we are in cooler weather, and they’ve been happy to do so. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys. “We've had them come 3 times. The first time was an emergency, and they got our heat up and running in under 2 hours. The 2nd time they came to check a problem and advised us to wait and see, asking for no payment after being here for half an hour. They're back again, checking a leak, and it's great to have a competent plumber you can trust, and they pay attention to their customers.“
