I don't know the biz you are speaking of, but I am a tax preparer, and I have 125 customers who think they are my only customer.In defense of the overall tax prep industry, we are hideously busy during a short period of time...now.No matter how you schedule, every appointment runs over...l wish I could help you, but I'm retiring for medical reasons.
