Xootr scooters are high quality adult kick scooters, often used for commuting, exercise, and fun riding alongside kids. They have very sturdy construction - many of our customers have owned their Xootrs for 20 years - and a smooth long roll. They can handle over 800 lbs of weight, fold down in seconds, and the wide platform models allow 2 adult feet to ride side by side. They are designed by MIT mechanical engineers and award-winning Lunar Design - Steve Jobs had one! They are also hand assembled in the USA. The MG is our most popular model.

Wow amazing product but what’s even better is there service. Had some wear issues from hard riding by my son, and they were immediately saying let me get you the parts heading out to you. The first concern wasn’t money but instead making sure their product was working and working well. They indeed verify that we were in fact the original owner but that was secondary in their thoughts. Preparing for the new parts I saw additional stress damage for my son’s joy of riding. So I called back an hour later, got the same guy (Steve) and he remembered me and said yep let me rush out and put that in your order as the FedEx folks are here now. Top Shelf Service!!! I had trouble with installing my cross rack to my new Xootr. I couldn't find the hook. I pulled out the strap at the top and hooked that around at the bottom. Then i couldn't thread it back through at the top as it was too tight to go back through.
It was highly traumatic for me to be incompetent like trying to use tampons under pressure at puberty when I had never been aware of any gap to facilitate that.
I emailed Brian and Brian was much better support than available at puberty to help with my distress.
I managed to fix the problem on the same day on my own but he was probably hoping for me to fix it which would have helped a lot.

Great scooters and even better service. I'm Still Loving my scooter and carry bag that I pull out of the trunk of my car and use whenever my parking spot and destination are about a mile away. They build things to last!
