“This past August we had to say goodbye to our cat Styx, which was extremely difficult for me. Dr. Jan and the staff were so kind and caring throughout the whole thing. Dr. Jan was even crying with me. They stamped his paw print in a card for me, and gave me a section of his fur and a whisker that I wanted. They also sent a sympathy card in the mail with a little note and a bunch of the staff’s signatures. I appreciate them so so much. We take our other pets here as well and I would tell anyone looking for a vet or to switch vets to come here.“

“Memorial Vet Hospital is not in Dunmore. If the person that gave it a 1 star rating went to Memorial Vet Hospital in Dickson City she would have has a much better experience. I do not know the details, but I have been to the one in Dickson City, Throop and even Old Forge and never had a problem.“

“I've been taking my pets here for 13 years, and while they don't particularly like it, they do get the best care here. Dr. Wendi and Dr. Sperling are stellar, but their staff is also worth their weight in gold. They fawned over my two greyhounds and were so incredibly kind when they needed to be put down, and even sent us a condolence card. Now, they fawn over my skittish greyhound, love on my fat pitbull, and treat my abused and fearful lab mix with incredible gentleness. Prices are more than reasonable (but I'm from New York) and they take the time to review all options with you.“

“We used this hospital on Friday night for an emergency visit for our dog. We knew prior to arriving we would need to euthanize our sweet Chloe. Everyone these was respectful, courteous and compassionate. We received prompt service and Chloe was treated as if she was everyone's beloved pet. Considering it was after hours and our regular vet was not open - and this was an emergency visit - I did not feel we were taken advantage of for the cost of our visit.“
