What a smooth visit! I arrived when they opened and there were many people already waiting. The front desk staff was extremely polite and efficient. I was in a room within 20 minutes and on the way home within 2 hours (having gotten an x ray and had multiple conversations with the doctor.). The doctor, nurses and techs were pleasant, helpful, and trying to get me out of there and home with a solution as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this urgent care and definitely go back if needed.
Great service, compassionate workers! Was taken right back on 12/30 evening and they got right to taking tests getting me medication and on my way!!! I will definitely be referring friends and family over here! :)
My experience was very pleasant!! Everyone was nice, polite & professional.. I appreciate humanity! We are all humans!! I was treated with respect and kindness.. Thank you tower Health. ?
