My haircut was great - Although - “0
Wait Time” - doesn’t mean 0 wait here. Five employees were in the building when I was there today and one employee did three consecutive haircuts. Customers waited about 25 min while the others sat in the back or at cutting stations on their phones. Kudos to the one hustling. She was / is fantastic.
I've been to going the Great Clips in Oaks for years and will continue going. But today was a clunker. No waiting and no one behind me. The stylist I got was all business. No talk, no response to anything I said, firm in constantly moving my head an inch there, then back, an inch one side to the other, then back. The haircut (a #5) took less than ten minutes. Had there been a crush of customers, I would have understood. But there one customer already being served when I arrived, and no one new when I left.

I am always pleased with my haircut I receive from Linda at Great Clips in Oaks, PA. She is talented, friendly and extremely professional. They do not accept appointments but I call before I leave to be placed on their waiting list. I have never waited more than 10 minutes. I have paid more at other salons with much less satisfaction. I definitely recommend Linda for a great haircut at a very reasonable price. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
