“Steve Toth & company put a new roof on our home in 2021. We were so pleased and impressed by their quality and professionalism! They were even very conscious about not disturbing my flower beds along the house while they worked; and I can happily report that no harm came to any flowers while they were here. Their professionalism and courteous customer service did not end there. This year, in 2024, we had a hail storm come through our area. Steve was more than helpful when we called him to ask if he would check on our roof to see if any damage was done. He did not hesitate to accommodate us and put our minds at ease. The roof, of course, was fine. It was a quality job and we were so grateful that he was willing to do the inspection for free. He’s a great guy and has a great team. Their work and customer service is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!“

“I called Always Perfect to come check my overflowing gutters because my roof company said clogged gutters were not covered under the warranty. The crew immediately found the "clog" which was the metal circle cut from the gutter so the downspout would fit in the gutter. The gutter company actually left the metal part behind and it was stuck in the downspout causing the overflow. The crew was very nice and showed me what was causing the clog.<br>I highly recommend Always Perfect and would call them again if needed! Thank you!“

He was responsive after I posted the original review.——I guess all good things come to an end…and it appears to be the case here.Several years ago DC Mullins was responsive and offered quality work at a fair price.Unfortunately I find that the company has become slow to respond and unreliable.I’ve been waiting over three months for an estimate to resurface a deck. After repeated requests for updates I still have no information.“
