Always believed I never needed a chiropractor, but I was experiencing some pain and severe tightness so I decided to give Thrive Chiropractic a try and I’m so happy that I did! My pain and tightness is gone and I feel better than I ever have and I go on a regular basis 1-2 times a month just to stay on top of things. If you’re skeptical like I was give this place a try. You’ll be happy you did!“

I'm originally from Maryland and am only here for school so I was really nervous on how physical therapist would be here and if I would enjoy it. For a little context, I've been to physical therapy on and off due to continuous injuries in high school so I was nervous on receiving new care from someplace new. To my surprise, I loved it more than back home!!! I received amazing care and motivation to continue therapy and have never been treated better. They have so much knowledge about the field that they are in and are quick to help and manage pain. Overall a 10/10 experience!!! Also they played good music so that is definitely a plus!! :)))))“

4706 William Flinn Hwy, Allison Park“I highly recommend Dr. Karly Allen for those returning to sport after injury. I had a hard trail running fall that pulled my glute, injured my knee, and tightened my hamstring terribly (I had no idea how compromised my range of motion was until she showed me what was going on). I was training for a long trail race and was unable to run without pain. Dr. Allen was the perfect match for my needs: she is an athlete herself (ballet, triathlons, Rachel Carson Trail Challenge finisher), runs the office "Back to Sport" program, and took me (a middle aged woman trying to reach her distance running goals) seriously. Our twice-weekly office visits were scoped appropriately and graduated in intensity over time to build strength and balance in my weak areas, and also included pain relief and management interventions (massage, muscle scraping). The take home exercise plan Dr. Allen created for me went beyond just strengthening my injured areas, but was a more holistic approach to give strength, balance, and mobility to the surrounding support areas (core, quads, hip flexors). I was able to do the race I wanted to do without pain, and am continuing to do the take home exercises because the whole experience was more than just "fixing" me, it was an education in how to keep fitter and stronger for the long haul. I have been able to keep training and running without pain. Thanks, Karly!“

When I started going to him, I thought I was heading for knee replacements. At this point he has relieved most of the pain in my knees and has taught me some techniques and exercises to continue with the therapy. I highly recommend this young man!“

With a number of exercises and specific movements, I was relieved of my pain in a reasonable time frame. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I'm sure that he could help you too.“

Whether you need one treatment or many, he is always there to help. There hasn't been anything that he hasn't been able to help me with, to manage my chronic pain. The staff there are also very nice and do what they can to assist you with your appointments and concerns. Thank you to all, @ the Frankstown office.“
“I have been seeing Donna over the years for different medical issues. She is considerate, compassionate and always goes above and beyond when meeting with me. Her knowledge always amazes me because she puts all the medical talk in terms that are easily understood. I recommend this practice to anyone needing help as they are the best facility I have ever experienced.“
