    Fitness Techniques is my Happy Place! I have had numerous surgeries -back (x4), shoulders (×2), & ankle. Lisa works with me on specific strengthening, trigger point releasing & cupping. Because of her, I am not only able to get out of bed in the morning, I am able to enjoy the day! she is a huge part of me being happy & healthy!

    Lisa helped rebuild my daughter’s arm strength and core strength after a serious softball injury. My daughter was able to get back to playing ball after 6 months of working with Lisa. My daughter has been going there for almost 2 years and continues to get stronger everyday. After numerous knees surgeries over the years and finally a partial knee replacement I had gained weight and lost strength. I started working with Kevin 6 months after my replacement to lose weight and to start to gain my strength back. A little over a year later I am down 24 pounds and getting stronger every day.     I have had the opportunity to work with all the staff and they are great. They all are very knowledgeable and there to answer questions when needed. Laura runs a great gym that's clean and brings excitement and motivation to members. The gym earns that number one club in the state because of all these things and their hard work. All have started me on good path for body transformation for my wedding. Thanks again.
