Rude people

It's often hard to get an appointment with short notice. The doctors are excellent. And they accepted my insurance and did a great job with billing!

Let me just sau first off that the Doctors i have no problem with...i think...maybe my review will clear it up.I am very envious of coworkers or friends who when sick they are able to call their Doctor and have them either call in a perscription or ask you come to the office.Let me tell you what usually happens to me...while having the phone ring 5 times and a friendly sounding receptionest say that you will be answered in the order your call was recieved, i get that followed by a statement about flu shots or something which brings me back to original answering servics...repeat 5 times!
