Servicemaster was prompt in its response for both water mitigation and repairs and worked with our schedule to avoid disruptions. Both Dan and Tony were particularly helpful with the repair process. Words are hard to describe how amazing this place is. Between The staff and the quality of care you receive. Coming to health horizons as a patient has changed the trajectory of my life. I first started going when I needed care for my body and checked out the nutritional department. I’ve gotten to know Dr. Palembini over the years and she has become what feels like family. I was slightly skeptical of the muscle response testing but it works! My body since has been transformed because of it and I can now enjoy life to the fullest. I didn’t realize how much of an impact Dr.P has made on my life until years later. because of the impact my energy is sustained, I’m fully stable when sickness comes around And I can be fully present with my son because I’m not battling fatigue and being sick often. She has inspired me even years later to run after what it looks like for our bodies to be healthy and whole, fully capable of handling anything. To live life the way we’re intended to because of health and wellness. Not only did this care affect me personally but everyone around me has benefited because of it.. I am forever grateful for the staff and doctors at health horizons. They are intentional, they care and want to help in the best way possible. So if you’re on the fence about diving into this type of care, just do it, you will have no regrets.
Steve Toth & company put a new roof on our home in 2021. We were so pleased and impressed by their quality and professionalism! They were even very conscious about not disturbing my flower beds along the house while they worked; and I can happily report that no harm came to any flowers while they were here. Their professionalism and courteous customer service did not end there. This year, in 2024, we had a hail storm come through our area. Steve was more than helpful when we called him to ask if he would check on our roof to see if any damage was done. He did not hesitate to accommodate us and put our minds at ease. The roof, of course, was fine. It was a quality job and we were so grateful that he was willing to do the inspection for free. He’s a great guy and has a great team. Their work and customer service is excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

English Funeral Home were a great assistance in planning and caring out the funeral services for my parents, both in their 90s. My mother and father lived in a retirement community near Oakmont, while my siblings and I are scattered in various places around the US. Mark, Melissa and Megan walked us through the required paperwork (including creating and publishing an obituary in the newspapers), coordinating with the church for a funeral religious service, and the cemetery for the internment. The visitation was well done prior to the church service, and a funeral procession afterwards to the cemetery was seamless. They even helped us by arranging for a military color guard for my father's (a US Air Force veteran) burial. My family is very grateful for their professional and compassionate service.

I have been seeing Donna over the years for different medical issues. She is considerate, compassionate and always goes above and beyond when meeting with me. Her knowledge always amazes me because she puts all the medical talk in terms that are easily understood. I recommend this practice to anyone needing help as they are the best facility I have ever experienced.
I love how easy it was to select carpet and to arrange installation with Molyneaux. Many samples & styles and a “no pressure” showroom. Our new carpet looks great & their level of service was top notch. I will definitely use them again.
Dr Stoner is the 3rd generation of Oakmont’s “Dr. Stoner” that I have been with, starting with the grandfather Merle, then his son Donald, and now Dan. It’s such a great story and all three of these dentists are fabulous people who care more about making sure you get the right treatment than making a dollar. Dan is the best that I’ve ever had, and he had a great team around him.

I have been practicing yoga on my own for a year or two with an app. I am interested in learning from someone with experience and trying partner yoga. It is not easy to do partner yoga when you don't know anyone else that even does yoga. This was my first experience doing yoga with other people and I was a bit nervous. Katie was awesome and made me feel very welcome. So did the other ladies that were there. I learned a few new poses and loved the energy during the session. I will definitely go back.

Such a wonderful company! I called them at 7 AM for an emergency issue not hopeful that anyone would pick up at that hour, but I'm so thankful that he did. He had guys en route to me in minutes!They quickly diagnosed the problem and had my little coffee camper back up and running in no time. Extra kudos to them because I don't believe every electrician has the knowledge to repair an electrical problem on an old camper converted to sell coffee haha!On top of this, they were kind and professional which made a stressful situation a whole lot better. I want to start off by saying I’m a very active and heavy lifter in the gym! Always believed I never needed a chiropractor, but I was experiencing some pain and severe tightness so I decided to give Thrive Chiropractic a try and I’m so happy that I did! My pain and tightness is gone and I feel better than I ever have and I go on a regular basis 1-2 times a month just to stay on top of things. If you’re skeptical like I was give this place a try. ThermoTwin was an absolute delight to work with. Everything from the quoting process to the measurements to the actual install was timely, no pressure, courteous, and perfect. We had several bids for the windows and are happy to report the Thermo twin does not use any high-pressure sales tactics or give three different prices, depending on when you decide to purchase. We are very impressed with the quality of the window and the installers! They left everything even cleaner than it was when they got there. The one gentleman even noticed the door sweep on our front door, had a little rubber piece, falling off of it and mentioned he had an extra piece in the truck and fixed it for free. It’s the little things like this five minutes extra fix that really show they went the extra mile. We will be 100% using them in the future for more windows!
I have been getting facials for over 30 years from the “best” spas in Fox Chapel, around Pittsburgh area, as well as international spas. I just went to Oakmont Skin Care last week and I received the best facial EVER. She explained what she was doing and the importance of skin care. The facial massage relaxed me so much it was like I took a sleeping drug and I slept the evening and all night. I loved it !!! I will not go anywhere else for a facial.
This salon has a nice vibe to it. There are stylists and customers of all ages. The salon is well run, clean and welcoming. I started going to J.E.T. about 4 years ago after I decided to find a new hair salon for myself. I have never been disappointed since I switched to J.E.T.
