I took self-defense/strength training classes here and it was very empowering. Walt teaches with honesty, respect, and decades of knowledge. He cares about improving the lives of his students, and makes learning new skills really fun. I'm truly grateful that I took a chance on something that was outside my comfort zone and got to have this life-changing experience!
