Great communication and very responsive. I was out of heat and they were great about working through scenarios regarding how to get things resolved the best way possible. Had a new furnace installed in 4 hours on the day it was planned and did a quality job. Trane is a pricey unit but I chose the top of the line and their price was competitive.

My central air died during a hot spell at the end of summer. Johnson’s came the same day to investigate and they were able to replace quickly. Everyone was respectful. They did the work quickly and efficiently.I’ve used Johnson’s for years and I will continue!!Service: HVAC system repair
