We went through Villager to both sell and purchase our house and had an amazing experience with them. Our realtor was so helpful with setting up walk throughs and then being there every step of the way during our inspections and closing. If we ever need to go through the process again, we'll definitely be using Villager!
When we were relocating to Pennsylvania, we got in touch with John Powell at Villager to arrange an apartment. John was helpful and accommodating to us. He found us the perfect place so when we hit the ground our transition was much smoother than it would have been otherwise. John is very knowledgeable about local rentals and homes to buy and goes that extra mile to give good service. For instance when our locks were giving us trouble john showed up on a Saturday afternoon to repair them where another property manager would have waited until Monday. We would definitely use this company again.
