Steve picked up where another business dropped the ball! We needed last minute help to finalize our lenders requirements. Steve didn’t hesitate, immediately made accommodations and although we reached out due to frustration with another business we will never recommend anyone else. He made time to fix our problem and in the process pointed out other areas the previous inspector was oblivious to. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended! Thanks again!
