“My husband and I joined FTF earlier this year. Evan conducted a detailed analysis of our body composition and lifestyle and suggested a 12-week program of the group fitness classes with a check-in half-way through. These classes are offered four days in a week, three times a day so it was possible to find a time that worked for us. The exercises were well designed and based on the level each one was in. The exercises were different every time - sometimes individual and self paced and other times they were timed and with a partner. The heart monitor they provided us gave a clear break up of our intensity levels through the session and was helpful in knowing if we were pushing ourselves. Evan and other trainers were there to monitor us, correct our postures, find alternatives, and answer questions. Strongly recommend working out 4 times a week and modifying the diet for optimal results. Evan provided a few consulting sessions for my husband with the new nutritionist who provided us with great and easy recipes for a protein rich vegetarian diet!Remember to sign in before each class to avoid any charges :)“
“After struggling with neck stiffness and pain, taking various pain medications, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxers, all without relief, I made an appointment for spinal injections.
I was totally frustrated, and exhusted, irritable from the continuous pain. Then,
I made an appointment with Suparna Damany. I am so thankful that I did. After a single treatment, I cancelled my appointment for the spinal injections. While I have had physical therapy in the past, as well as chiropractor adjustments, and massage, (including cupping), Suparna treatment was very different. Her knowledge of the human body and her ability to feel her way to understanding how to correct the problem was amazing.

“I went to CrossFit AR Strength for a special fundraising workout event with a friend from my box. I wanted to see what else was out there and heard great things about this place near Allentown. It was the most fun I ever had doing CrossFit. Over time, they helped my form, technique, and made me really enjoy the sport while taking my game to the next level. Ian, Corey, and the other coaches really helped push me beyond what I thought I could do. I left with some great results and even better friends. “The place is good i like the set up and they offer day care but the pool and jacuzzi is constantly close and the people that goes there shouldn’t be on cellphones holding machines they should send a general email and tell everyone about that and not allow that to happen is very annoying when u trying to work out and people doing this.“
“Great gym, warm towels, hot tub, sauna, steam room, pool, track overlooking the gym floor.… can’t find all these amenities at most gyms.Membership is not very cheap, but it includes unlimited classes, and they have plenty of classes offered.If you use the gym or take classes regularly. “I've had a hip labrum tear for three years. Surgery was booked but I found Zach's page and decided to give it one last try. I feel SO much better and finally figured out what was causing the injury in the first place, giving me a much better starting point for future training.I've also had shoulder impingement for 2 years that we've been working on simultaneously. That has also gotten better and better each week. All this in just five sessions.
