I have next to now knowledge on martial arts so it was very nice to see that everybody here is very welcoming and is open to show me how to do certain techniques even if I keep screwing them up. They also have different packs you can buy which makes this place a lot cheaper than some of the other places I was looking at that forced you to pay a minimum of $100 a month for all of their classes. Overall very nice place and a good price.“

“My daughter has only been going here for a few months, and already loves it. She looks forward to going each and every time. She insists on going inside, no matter how early we are, so she can watch the class currently in progress, and observe classes she isn't yet taking. Shihan Simpson is great with the kids! He makes learning martial arts fun, while at the same time, teaching them self discipline. Like the life lessons at the end as well. I think I enjoy watching her, just as much as she likes participating.“
