Dr. Abby and Dr. Freeby have been fantastic in caring for our dog who is going through stage 5 lymphoma treatments. From fitting him in for emergency surgery at the last minute, to running labwork after hours, coordinating an emergency visit with an oncologist out of town, and much more, they have shown us incredible support and care that you won't find at many other vets. Dr. Freeby has had a few really difficult conversations regarding tough decisions with us and handled them with the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. Staff has been very easy to work with and care has been great. Would highly recommend! Dr. Freeby is excellent! He was open to doing a meet-and-greet visit before my reactive dog's actual exam. He has provided more direction and suggestions in our 2 visits than I have received in the almost 4 years I have had Otto.
They have always been kind and accommodating. My past two visits were same-day emergency visits. Despite being fully booked on appointments, they were absolutely willing to accept my kitty and care for him.
Doug is always very kind and professional on the phone. I appreciate him for answering all of my many phone calls and anxious pet-parent questions during these emergency situations.
Thank you to the (possibly vet techs? unsure of appropriate title) who called next day to check on my kitty after an emergency visit that required sedation. And especially for recognizing the possible severity of my kitty not using the litterbox and advising us to come in...read full review
