“Owner Rob Bloch is reluctant to honer a warranty on my expensive front door they installed in late April 2024. Two weeks ago in June the lock stopped working and I see light at the top of the door and it has started to bind on closure. Update: Rob was late answering my requests due to an emergency medical procedure. This morning his warranty installer called and scheduled a visit later this week to fix the door's problems. Rob, hope you will be feeling better soon. Stop by for a gin and tonic.“

Not only did they meet my size specifications, I scored lovely gray exterior & storm doors that coordinates with my new siding.“
